Rogeree's mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Rogeree ("Rogeree," "we," or "us"). Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
By consenting to Rogeree's SMS/Text Messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/Text messages from and on behalf of Rogeree, sent via your mobile carrier to the number you provide, even if that number appears on a national do-not-call list. Messages may be sent via an automatic dialing system or other technologies. Promotional messages may include special offers, promotions, or shopping cart reminders.
You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make a purchase, and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing from Rogeree. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for this Service, but you are responsible for any text message charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your carrier for more information. You are solely responsible for any SMS/text message charges, including those imposed by your carrier.
You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the keyword STOP to Rogeree or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any of our messages to cancel your subscription. You will receive a one-time confirmation message informing you of your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent to you unless you request them. If you are enrolled in other Rogeree mobile message programs, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe from each program separately by following the instructions specific to each program.

We may change the short codes or telephone numbers used to operate the Service at any time, and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to an old number or code that has been changed may not be received, and we will not be liable for the failure to process such requests.
