Mobile service terms of use
Rogeree
Last updated: April 13, 2025
Rogeree’s mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Rogeree ("Rogeree", "we" or "our"). Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to Rogeree’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Rogeree and on its behalf, sent via your mobile carrier to the number you provided, even if that number is on a national do-not-call list. Messages may be sent via an automatic dialing system or other technologies. Promotional messages may include special offers, promotions, or cart reminders.
You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of purchase with Rogeree. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for this Service, but you are responsible for all text message fees imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency may vary. Messaging and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your carrier for more information. You are solely responsible for SMS/text message fees, including those imposed by your carrier.
You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the keyword STOP to Rogeree or click the unsubscribe link (when available) in one of our messages to cancel your subscription. You will receive a one-time confirmation message informing you of your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent to you unless you request them. If you are subscribed to other Rogeree mobile messaging programs, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe separately from each by following the instructions specific to each program.
For any assistance or help requests regarding the Service, send HELP to Rogeree or contact us at the following address: contact@rogeree.fr.
We may change at any time the short codes or phone numbers used to operate the Service, and will inform you. You acknowledge that any message, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a former number or code that has been changed may not be received, and we cannot be held responsible for the non-processing of such requests.
