1. Order processing times

All orders are processed within 24 hours following their receipt. 

2. Estimated delivery times

We deliver exclusively to mainland France. Delivery times are: 6 to 14 working days after processing your order.

3. Shipping costs

We offer the free delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Zones

We ship exclusively to France.
