Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
Our tough policy 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer no refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be not used, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Some products cannot be returned :
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Dangerous substances, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, a proof of purchase is required.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, a partial refund can be granted:
- Books with signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, video games, open source software
- Items damaged or incomplete for a reason beyond our control
- Items returned after 30 days
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your card issuer (possible processing delay).
- Contact your bank.

Items on sale or on promotion
Items on sale are not refundable. Only regular priced items are eligible.
NON-RECEIPT OF ORDER
If you declare that you do not not having received your order, you will need to provide a affidavit before any request for reimbursement or return.
This certificate must be completed, signed and sent before any support.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If this is the case, please contact us at contact@rogeree.fr before returning your item to 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return a product, send it to 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris.
THE return costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable service or insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
